She coordinated the appointment, communicated clearly, and ensured that every detail was in place before the technician arrived. Her efficiency and customer-focused approach made the entire process seamless. When Billy arrived, he went straight to work. The installation was completed quickly and executed with precision. He didn’t need to walk me through the process because Cindy had already covered the details in advance. Billy simply delivered results—and he delivered them fast. He is, without question, the “Kill Bill of pool problems.” By the time he finished, the pump was running perfectly, and by the very next day, my pool was clear and blue again.
